Solve Lubuntu Fcitx Pinyin Black Frame issue

I am Google PinYin in Lubuntu 15.10. I discovered that fcitx-qimpanel is causing this this issue, due to missing “QTQuick” module. Installation of qtdeclarative5-qtquick2-plugin fixes the issue.
sudo apt-get install qtdeclarative5-qtquick2-plugin
